Business Trips

The Business Trips section is our answer to thoroughly document, simplify and organize our clients business trip expenses and experiences.  They simply create a folder for their trip and everything they need to concisely document trips is at their fingertips.   

Inside each folder is everything they need to document business travel, which is closely scrutinized by taxing authorities.  

There is a journaling component to document information in a text file, an expense record and a photo gallery.  The journal and photos can be emailed to those who need to be included in the loop regarding what our clients are doing, who they are meeting with, etc.  All the necessary information is stored where it belongs; in the trip folder.  No longer are their communications deleted from an email list or buried in pages of emails that they spend time searching for in their email account.
