ExpenseTrax
ExpenseTrax is an added feature that will allow you to run a separate categorized summary of expenses for the entries in the TimeDocs or TripDocs sections of ExpenseDocs by a date range of your choosing. You may also download these expenses into a spreadsheet (CSV) just like in all of the sections of XpenseTrax. This will allow you to filter out unrelated expenses if you need to run a specific categorized report.
For instance, you might wish to see the expenses for a months period of time, but you do not wish to include a business trip you took during that period. Select a date range and then "Meeting" from the dropdown menu and click the "Show" button. The only items that will be totaled for you will be items that you entered in the TimeDocs section of ExpenseDocs. Any expenses entered in the TripDocs section for the selected time period will not be included in the categorized report.
